Yes, we offer the flexibility to switch between our LIVE online lessons and physical classroom lessons. Please contact us to coordinate the change.
Classes are held as per the schedule, and continue during school holidays. No lessons are held on public holidays, and fees are not reduced for these days. Where possible, the Centre schedules one replacement lesson; otherwise the lesson materials are provided through the Tamilcube Portal.

For your current fee details, please log in to the Tamilcube Parent Portal, where your invoices and payment status are available. Fees are billed per term; see our Fees Schedule for the amounts.
Yes — our 2-Week 100% Money Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied within two weeks of your child's first lesson, we refund everything you have paid: term fees, the $50 registration fee, the $50 annual materials fee, and your deposit in full.
- The two weeks run from your child's first lesson attended.
- The withdrawal notice period does not apply to a guarantee claim.
- Materials issued must be returned unused.
- The guarantee can be claimed once per family.
- To claim, contact the centre within the two-week period and submit the withdrawal form.
- Refunds are made by bank transfer within 30 days.
Attending a free trial lesson does not affect your guarantee.
Policies & Procedures
Term fees are due before the first lesson of each term. If they are not paid by then, a late payment fee of $30 applies, plus a further $30 for each additional month they remain unpaid. Any amount still unpaid 14 days after it is due may lead to suspension from lessons and forfeiture of the deposit.
We do not offer refunds, discounts, or prorating for missed lessons — this is separate from our 2-Week 100% Money Back Guarantee for new students. However, you may request a make-up lesson if the absence is for a valid reason (illness with a medical certificate, a school commitment, or a bereavement in the immediate family) and is reported through our absence form.
If the Centre has to cancel a lesson, we will arrange a replacement lesson or provide the lesson materials through the Tamilcube Portal. If a class is closed permanently, fees already paid for lessons not yet delivered are refunded, together with the deposit.
Please submit our online absence form at least 24 hours before the lesson. For sudden illness, submit the form as soon as possible and upload a medical certificate within 2 days of the missed lesson. Only absences reported this way are eligible for a make-up lesson.
Make-up lessons are a courtesy, subject to available places. They are offered only for an absence reported through our online absence form at least 24 hours before the lesson (or as soon as possible for sudden illness, with the medical certificate uploaded within 2 days), for illness with a medical certificate, a school commitment with a letter from the school, or a bereavement in the immediate family. A make-up must be taken in the same week or the following week, in an existing class at the same level, up to three per term. If no place is available, the lesson materials are provided through the Tamilcube Portal.
Withdrawal is allowed only at the end of a term. Please submit the un-enrolment form at least four weeks before the last lesson of the term; notice given any other way, including verbally or to a teacher, is not valid. Fees for the rest of the term are not refunded if a student stops mid-term. This does not apply to a claim under our 2-Week Money-Back Guarantee.
Yes. A refundable deposit of one month's fee is collected on enrolment and held for the whole period of enrolment. It cannot be used to pay any fees, including the final term. It is refunded within 30 days of the end of the final term if the Notice of Withdrawal was received on time, there are no amounts owing, and valid bank or PayNow details have been provided. Under our 2-Week Money-Back Guarantee for new students, the deposit is refunded in full.
For all matters related to your child's studies, please communicate directly with the Tamilcube HQ management via our hotlines. Direct communication with teachers is not permitted.
For privacy and administrative reasons, we do not provide recordings of our online lessons to parents or students.
While we take all necessary precautions for student safety, the Centre is not responsible for any injury or loss of personal property.

Our Tamilcube Kids program is suitable for 5 years old (Kindergarten 1) onwards only.
Yes, we offer one-to-one lessons online and at our branches, but we do not offer private home tuition. Time slots are limited.

We partner with SINDA to offer their Pre-school Tamil Enrichment Program for K1 and K2 children, using our engaging Tamilcube GOLD™ curriculum.
Yes, SINDA offers a full waiver of class fees for students who meet their specific enrollment criteria, making the program free for eligible children.
