Missed a lesson? Ask for a make-up here

Use this form to tell us your child will miss, or has missed, a lesson, and to choose a make-up lesson. We confirm every make-up by phone, email or WhatsApp.

How to use the form

  1. Enter your child’s name, level this year, usual branch and the date of the missed lesson.
  2. Choose the reason and attach the MC or school letter if you have it (you can also WhatsApp it to 9850 1472 within 2 days).
  3. Pick a make-up lesson. The list shows lessons at your child’s level in the same week and the next, at your branch first, then other branches and Online LIVE. Tap a second one if you’d like a back-up.
  4. Send. We’ll confirm the make-up, or call you if it’s full.

Our make-up policy

  • Make-ups are a courtesy, subject to available places.
  • Please tell us at least 24 hours before the lesson. For sudden illness, tell us as soon as possible and send the MC within 2 days.
  • A make-up is offered for illness with an MC, a school commitment with a school letter, or a bereavement in the immediate family.
  • It must be taken in the same week or the following week, in an existing class at the same level, at any centre or online. Up to three per term.
  • A confirmed make-up cannot be rescheduled. One-to-one lessons and workshops have no make-ups.
  • If no place is available, we provide the lesson materials instead.
